The
Wesley Guild meets every fortnight on a Monday evening at 7.30 p.m.
from September to Christmas with a recess in January and February
avoiding the dark winter nights, and then resuming in March until July.
To maintain personal contacts we meet for coffee mornings in January
and February and throughout the summer. The Guild has a membership of
around 36. Our speakers cover a wide range of topics under the
traditional Wesley Guild headings of Devotion, Cultural, Christian
Service and Social. We are always happy to welcome anyone who is not a
regular member, for meetings in which they have a particular interest
in the subject matter or speaker, irrespective of Church connection. We
also organise various outings to places of interest in the area.
Details of the current Guild programme are on the notice board in the
foyer and notes of impending meetings appear in the Church Notices and
in the LINK magazine. We should love to see new members coming to swell
our numbers
